An outdoor build has to survive what an interior never sees — sun, salt air, driving rain and standing humidity. That changes what goes in underneath: how the deck drains, what the finishes sit on, and what holds it all down. We build the part you never look at to the same standard as the part you do, because outdoors is where a shortcut surfaces first.

Pools, spas & pool decks
The deck is set to drain before anything decorative goes on it, so water leaves the surface instead of standing on it. Deck finishes get chosen for bare feet in August and for what the sun does to them — not for how they photograph on day one.
Screened lanais & enclosures
An enclosure is only as good as what it is anchored to. Framing, fasteners and the connection back into the structure are the parts that decide whether it is still standing after a storm season — so that is where the attention goes.
Outdoor kitchens & built-in grills
Gas, power, water and drainage are roughed in before a single cabinet goes up. Counters, cabinetry and appliance surrounds are built from materials meant to live outside — an indoor cabinet box in a lanai is a repair waiting to happen.
Finished to match the house
The outdoor space should read as part of the home, not an addition bolted to the back of it. Ceilings, trim, lighting and finishes are carried out from the interior so the transition through the slider looks deliberate.
